Pick something you love that will be going into the room you want to paint. Use that to create your colour pallet. If it is multicoloured you will likely have some variety. If it is a solid, seek out a consultant to help you choose a colour pallet that will work with your favourite colour.
Let Your Hangers Tell the Truth
Rehang all of your clothes so the hangers hook around backwards. After you wear something, hang it back up the ‘right’ way. In a few weeks you will have a clear visual of what you wear and what you do not wear. Why are you not wearing the things stilling hanging backwards? Fit? Age? Colour? Dislike? It might be time to let some things go.
Quick Purge
Here is a quick way to declutter and create some space. Go through your home right now and collect all of the gifts were given and have never liked, broken things that cost more to mend than to replace, and all the unused multiples. Now put them all in a box and give them to a local charity.
